PROCESSING KITCHEN
Our location in downtown Pawtucket serves many purposes. At the front of house, Harvest Kitchen is a bright and airy local foods café. Behind the scenes, we have a commercial kitchen where our culinary training program takes place. This is where we process value-added products using surplus produce from local farms to create our own line of signature products — as well as where we provide Co-Packing and Private Label Production services for other local businesses and farms.
